Over The months I’ve been doing sit ups. I Been doing 10 to 15 sit ups. The reason I chose sit ups because that are good for you. The sit ups helps your muscles stronger. Sits up Burns a lot of calories and fat. Over time, sits up increase both flexibility and muscles. The set up helps build muscles.It helps make a six pack. The sit up only Focus on bruins on calories and developing a strong core

Also been doing planks for 19 minutes. The reason I chose planks because they are one of the best exercise for core conditioning but it also work for your glutes and hamstrings. It support proper postures,and it improves your balance. You can become more flexibility. This exercise expands and stretches all your posterior muscles groups like shoulders, shoulder blades, and collarbone.
The other exercise I been doing is running. Running make you lose weight. This exercise make you burn calories and fatness. It’s good to run when you are stress or mad. It make more clam and relax. If u run for 30min you can burn 300 calories. The feather you run every day, the more you burn calories

I been doing lunges too. Lunges help you balance yourself. The lunges help you strengthen your knee. The lunges would help you strengthen your muscles. This exercise targets your quadriceps muscles but also requires the use of your hamstrings, calves, glutes and obliques.

If I would of Swim I could of learn how to breathe under water. I could of learn to front crawl or crawl stroke. I could of learn to swim under water. I could of been in the deep side.
overall I learn a lot of doing exercise. That is good for your health and that it is good for your body. That you could lose a lot of calories and fat.
